Roll forming creates a double-walled cavity in the Residential Curved profile into which PU foam is injected. As a result of this treatment, the profile is both durable and insulating, while still retaining its high level of functional efficiency. The profile's curvature maximizes lateral strength while decreasing head box size. There are three distinct varieties of these profiles available to choose from: the 400 series, which features lines on the reverse side, the 401 series, which features a smooth finish on both sides, and the 402 series, which features lines on both sides and is extremely well-liked by customers.
